How long until my website is live?
You'll see a first draft about a week after I have your photos and details. I refine from there until you're happy, then launch. I move fast — but I'll never rush your review.
I already have a website. Can you just improve it?
Absolutely. A lot of my work is rebuilding or refreshing dated sites and fixing the reasons they aren't showing up on Google. I'll tell you honestly whether a refresh or a fresh build makes more sense for you.
Do I own my website, or am I renting it from you?
You own it — your domain, your content, your customer data. The monthly fee covers hosting, security, updates, and support. If you ever leave, you keep your site and domain. No hostage situations.
What if I'm not technical at all?
Perfect — that's exactly who I build for. You don't need to know anything about websites, hosting, or SEO. I handle all of it and explain it in plain English. You just approve, and I launch.
What do you need from me?
Less than you'd think, and it's all in one form that takes about ten minutes. Your services and hours, five to ten photos of your work or your shop, and your logo if you have one — if you don't, a clean wordmark comes with every plan. For the Google side I need manager access to your Business Profile, never your password; if a Yelp or Facebook listing needs correcting, I'll ask for what that takes at the time. Everything else is on me — I write the copy, build the pages and handle the setup. Getting me your photos is the one thing that decides whether we launch in two weeks or six.
What's the difference between Grow and Full Service?
Grow is set it up right and keep an eye on it — the search work gets done properly once, then I watch the numbers and keep things current. Full Service is keep working on it every month and show you what changed — tuning and fixes as the search results move, an extra service or location page in your first year, and a quarterly report plus a call so you can see it. If you're the only one in town doing what you do, Grow is probably plenty. If you have real competition for the same searches, Full Service is the one that keeps you ahead of them.
Can you just fix my Google listing? I don't want a website.
Yes. The Google Profile Fix is a one-time $299 job with no monthly — I get your listing verified (or clean up the one you have), fill in every field, write your services and description, load your photos, and set up your review link. It's the highest-value hour you can spend on local search, and plenty of businesses genuinely don't need anything else yet. Am I locked into a contract?
No. Everything is month-to-month. You stay because the work is bringing you customers, not because a contract traps you.
What does the monthly fee actually cover?
Hosting, SSL security, ongoing updates and fixes, and a short note every month on how your site did — on every plan, including Launch. On Grow and Full Service it also covers local SEO work, a monthly recap of how you're showing up in search, and set time each month for content changes. Think of it as keeping your site healthy and working for you, not just sitting there.
What if it doesn't work?
Honest answer: nobody can promise you a #1 ranking, and anyone who does is guessing. What I can promise is that you're never stuck with the bet. The setup fee is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee — if you don't like what I build, you say so within 30 days of seeing your first draft and you get it back. After that you're month-to-month, so if the work isn't earning its keep you can leave any time, and you keep your site and your domain. I'd rather lose a client than lock one in.
